A month without a PR-stunt from Ryanair is a wasted month. As is always the case with this budget carrier, it is about getting attention and money. And as always, the way of getting both is somewhat embarrassing. This time round it is about a new and smelly source of income – on-board toilets.

After Adria Airways revealed its reduction plans which will impact the traffic to and from Ljubljana Airport, the airport’s authorities spotted an opportunity to keep the passenger numbers on the current level by attracting the Irish low-cost airlines Ryanair.
