Jet4you, the first private low cost airline in Morocco, has launched a new feature on its recently refreshed website called MyJet4you. This new functionality enables the future travellers to manage their bookings online and with more flexibility.
In fact, MyJet4you members can view online their current and past bookings; change their flight dates or their travel itinerary. MyJet4you allows you to complete your booking even couple of days before your departure with additional services that you have not acquired at the time of your reservation: travel insurance, a preferred seat, baggage allowance, additional weight, or a special luggage like a surfboard or gulf bag can be added up until 24 hours before the flight.

Despite the international economic crisis and in accordance with its commitments, Je4you registered in September an average seat load factor of 82% over all its operating routes. Flight punctuality for the month of September reaches 78%. The average delay time is only 13 minutes, which is a very good performance in regards to the standards of the airline industry.
Other good news from Italy, where the indicators are looking good: From January to September 2009, the average occupancy rate is 85% for routes from Milan and Bologna to Casablanca. The “relifting” of Jet4you website has offered to the million monthly visitors, new features and improved navigation. Jet4you.com is the 1st e-commerce website in Morocco.

Low cost airline Jet4you has surpassed the number of 100,000 transported passengers during the months of July (114,500) and August (115,000). Passenger traffic during this period grew by 25% compared to the same period last year (225,000 passengers in 2009, 183,000 in 2008). Overall, the seat load factor reached 83% during this summer.
Despite the intense seasonal traffic, Jet4you was able to maintain an excellent service quality with an average of 88% in flight punctuality over the June – August period. The average delay time was 14 minutes. Delivered last June, the two Boeing 737-800 “New Generation” obviously contributed to the improvement of punctuality witch remains one of the
primary objectives at Jet4you.
