Low cost airline Germanwings launched today a new sale offering 2 million cheap flights from only €19.99. These airfare sales end Sunday March 7, 2010 and are valid for flights from March 13 until October 31, 2010.

Lufthansa’s and Germanwings‘ pilots are on strike from Monday February 22 until Thursday February 25 2010. About two third of the affected Lufthansa flights will have to be cancelled. Lufthansa regional partners will operate their flights almost according to schedule.
The special flight schedule for the period of the strike can be accessed at lufthansa.com and germanwings.com. Depending upon the actual operating conditions during the days of the strike, further changes could be made to the special flight schedule.
