The Irish-low cost carrier Ryanair expands in the Greek market. As of respectively June 1, 2011 and May 30, 2011, the carrier will operate flights from Frankfurt to Crete and Milan Bergamo to Crete. The flights will be operated twice a week and are already on sale.

Regional airline Flybe announced an early selection of 21 routes to top summer destinations. New services include flights to France or Spain or domestic services to/from the Channel Islands, Exeter, London Gatwick or Southampton.
Flights are available from £26.99 one way including taxes and charges for early summer travel between March 27 and June 30, 2011. This early selection has been put on sale ahead of Flybe’s full summer schedule for next year that is expected to be announced over the next few weeks. More info can be found at flybe.com.

Flybe and Air France announced plans to implement this autumn new commercial relationship in a move that will benefit the interests of their customers and the communities they serve. This new relationship takes the form of an extensive codeshare agreement that will give Flybe passengers access to five additional routes between the UK and France as well as seven new domestic French routes and 11 international routes.
A further benefit is that all Flybe services into Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) will now conveniently connect to the Air France hub allowing seamless and easy access to all of Air France’s extensive international services. Air France codeshare customers will gain access to 45 new routes from France to the UK, as well as seamless connections through Birmingham, Manchester and Southampton on a further 17 UK domestic routes.
