This bit news should first and foremost be of interest for all those who have Helsinki on their route network in so far as this is the latest news from the Finnair camp. This Finnish carrier is going to reestablish its presence on Stockholm Bromma Airport. Those who frequently fly between Helsinki to Stockholm should be happy for two reasons. For the first thing, Bromma is incredibly conveniently located – being just a six kilometres away from the capital city it makes a perfect destination port. The second reason is that Finnair launched introductory prices on this occasion.Another bit of news is introductory airfares from Helsinki to Stuttgart. The flights will be operated by Finncomm Airlines but fares may be bought on the website of Finnair under code share agreement.
Details – in both cases promotional fares may be purchased for travel from August 16, 2010. The campaign will be valid until further notice. Finally and most importantly – the prices. The Helsinki – Bromma fare is €175, while the Helsinki – Stuttgart fare is €215. Prices are all-inclusive, for round-trip.

Finnair announced that it would launch new flights from Helsinki to Stockholm Bromma from August 16, 2010. New route will be operated 11 times a week (from Monday until Friday – mornings and evenings, plus Sunday night) with Embraer 170.
Bromma is located 7.5 km from the center of Stockholm (it is closer than busier Arlanda). Bromma Airport now connects Stockholm with 12 cities located in Sweden, in Belgium – Brussels (Brussels Airlines) and the Danish Aarhus and Billund (Sun Air). In 2009 the airport handled 1,972,309 passengers and recorded 63,857 takeoffs and landings (including 41,609 regular and charter flights). For more details visit finnair.com.
