Ryanair delays long-haul flights plan
February 8th, 2010
Low cost airline Ryanair will not start long-haul flights earlier than in four or five years. Irish Examiner wrote that Ryanair wouldn’t launch low cost transatlantic flights in next few years despite Ryanair’s chief executive Michael O’Leary’s plans announced three years ago.
O’Leary said for Irish Examiner that a low-fares transatlantic carrier would be a “retirement project” for him. He also said that the airline would offer flights from Europe to the USA from as little as €10.
