I was so happy to fly with Allegiant Air, but have now run into a problem, am needing help and unfortunately there has been no one in a position of authority, beyond customer care, that has been willing to help! Customer care claims no ability to help and WILL NOT transfer me to anyone else. Very disappointing. I’m about to lose more money to Allegiant with no service in exchange for it and NO ONE will help. I’ve never been in contact with a company like this before and I will not be willing to spread a good word about your airline.

If they would help I would be able to purchase new tickets and make them even more money. I don’t understand such a policy driven move!

Hope you will be more lucky next time. This is quite awful experience.
