AirTran introduces Buy One, Get One Free in-flight wifi
Low cost airline AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. announced that it will be offering buy one, get one free in-flight, Wi-Fi sessions on any of its more than 700 daily flights through the end of the year.
Starting November 1, 2009 and lasting until December 31, 2009, all AirTran Airways passengers that buy one full-priced in-flight Wi-Fi session will get their second Wi-Fi session absolutely free. AirTran Airways’ entire fleet of Boeing 717 and 737 aircraft is equipped with in-flight Internet so no matter where you go or when you fly, you’ll have the opportunity to take advantage of this one of a kind offer. AirTran Airways is the only airline to extend this exclusive offer to its passengers and free sessions must be redeemed by January 31, 2010.

AirTran Airways became the first and only major airline to outfit its entire fleet of aircraft with in-flight Wi-Fi on July 14, 2009. The airline is also the only low-cost carrier to offer Business Class seating, complementary XM Satellite Radio and 22 brands of complementary Coca-Cola products on every flight.
