Firefly is now available at LCCT
Low cost airline Firefly, the country’s first community airline, today proudly unveiled its new ticketing office at the LCCT in Sepang. Its business hours are from 7.00am to 8.00pm. With the opening of this ticketing office, it will give convenience for everyone to purchase not just Firefly tickets but also Malaysia Airlines and MASwings tickets.
“Due to over-whelming request from the public, we are pleased to announce this additional avenue for our valued customers to purchase Firefly’s tickets. We are confident that with this new ticketing office we will be able to serve the public better, and at the same time help stimulate our sales,” said Angelina Fernandez, Head of Marketing & Communications for Firefly.
Although almost 70% of Firefly’s ticket sales are transacted online, this newly-opened ticketing office will certainly give convenience for those travelers who do not have easy access to purchase via the internet. This move also reflects the carrier’s commitment into providing easy access for people of all background to enjoy Firefly’s community service.
In conjunction with the opening of this ticketing counter, Firefly is once again offering great deals with its special promotion of Buy One Get One Free. This special promotion is for tickets purchased from LCCT ticketing counter.
In this promotion, the first 10 customers who purchase Firefly tickets at LCCT will get a Complimentary ticket to any Firefly destination except to Koh Samui. Tickets are valid for travel from October 15 2009 to April 15 2010.
“Our primary objective is to offer traveling convenience to Malaysians, tourists and transit passengers who are passing through LCCT, as we are not just sell Firefly but also MAS and MASwings tickets,” added Angelina.
