Blue1 will launch flights to Croatia for summer 2010

September 21st, 2009

The launch of Croatia as a new Blue1 destination last summer turned out to be such a success, that Blue1 will multiply next summer’s flights to Croatia starting early spring 2010. Flights from Helsinki to Dubrovnik begin already on April 3, 2010 on Saturdays, and as from May 4, 2010 also on Tuesdays. The route to Dubrovnik will be operated twice a week until end of October.

Flights from Helsinki to Split will be resumed on April 30, 2010 with departures twice a week, on Fridays and Sundays. Dubrovnik is a wonderful starting point for exploring southern Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Split is the gateway to Croatia’s Makarska Riviera and many magnificent islands, such as Hvar and Brac. More details and timetable at blue1.com.

Nice to see that more and more air-companies offer flights to Croatia. Why? It brings more tourists and links countries and towns better, which is really important. What can I say, great news.
